What to Expect
Did you receive a letter stating that Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC is now your new mortgage servicer?

If so, Welcome to Bayview!

The transfer of mortgage loans to a different servicing company is a common practice in the mortgage industry. Your mortgage needs are a top priority with us, and we are here to help. The information on this page is provided to help make this transfer as seamless as possible.
  • This transfer will not change the terms or conditions regarding your loan.
  • If you were in the official process of a modification, short sale, or repayment plan with your previous mortgage servicer, Bayview will continue the process.
  • If you have an escrow/impound account, please forward copies of any future property tax or homeowners insurance bills to Bayview.

Payment Information
If you submitted a payment on time to your prior servicer within 60 days following the transfer date, your payment will be forwarded to Bayview and your payment will not be marked as late.

There are many convenient ways for you to begin making your mortgage payments to Bayview. Once the transfer process is complete, you can register online and begin making online payments. To find out more about all of the payment options we offer, please visit our Payment Options page.

Depending on the characteristics of your loan, you may be able to sign up for Bayview's Flex Pay, a recurring payment program that offers more flexible scheduling options for your monthly mortgage payments.

For more information on Bayview's Flex Pay, please call our Customer Relations Department at 1.800.457.5105. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8 am to 9 pm ET.

A Customer Relations Representative will help you sign up for Flex Pay if your loan qualifies.
